Karen Martindale
Patient Concierge
Karen Martindale proudly joins Dr. Bolitho’s practice as his Patient Concierge, bringing more than 25 years’ experience in cosmetic surgery. From the initial phone call for scheduling a consultation to discussing fees and scheduling surgery, Karen will be at the patient’s side throughout their exciting, surgical journey.
A native of Liverpool, England, Karen’s genuine, warm personality is a hearty welcome to everyone she meets. Her intrinsic ability in treating every patient, as if they are family, is natural part of Karen. With kindness, compassion, and dedication at the forefront, Karen’s unwavering goal is to treat people with dignified care.
Elizabeth Reed
Aesthetic Nurse
Elizabeth is a highly skilled nurse with over 15 years of experience in specialties such as burn ICU, breast cancer, and plastic surgery. Her passion for aesthetic nursing led her to focus her career on growing her skills in injectables, lasers, and skincare. She spent 6 years at The Few Institute in Chicago where she earned her Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist designation, a prestigious certification that recognizes her advanced knowledge and expertise in the field of aesthetic nursing. In 2015, Elizabeth joined Dr Glynn Bolitho’s practice as a preoperative, operating room, and postoperative nurse, where she quickly established herself as a valuable member of the team. With Dr. Bolitho’s guidance, Elizabeth offers treatments such as Botox and fillers, laser resurfacing, microneedling, chemical peels, Hydrafacial and fractionated radiofrequency. Elizabeth’s dedication to her patients is evident in every aspect of her work. She takes the time to listen to their concerns, educate them on their options, and develop personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs and goals. In addition to her professional accomplishments, Elizabeth enjoys hiking, Peloton classes, tennis, and spending time with her husband and two wonderful children Clark & Cora.
Courtney DiCerbo
RN, BSN
Courtney joined the practice in 2021 as our lead OR nurse providing care for our surgical patients during their procedure and throughout their recovery process. With over 13 years of nursing experience, her clinical knowledge and warm demeanor help provide a safe and comforting environment on your surgery day. Courtney has a true passion for empowering patients and helping them reach their goals. She is a proud member of a team that cares deeply about each person’s individual needs and striving for the highest quality of care.
Originally from Massachusetts, Courtney has called San Diego home for the past 9 years. Grateful to live in such a beautiful community, she enjoys an active lifestyle and spending time out doors with her young daughter and dog.
Lauren Fielding
RN, BSN
An east coast native brings more than 7 years of nursing experience to our practice. She has bachelor’s degrees in both nursing and nutrition, and is a proud alumni of Virginia Tech, Go Hokies! She serves as one of our operative nurses and will seamlessly navigate you through your surgical procedure. Through her many years in pediatrics and pre and postoperative nursing care, she has developed a passion for empathy and making patients feel at ease. She cannot wait to provide you exceptional nursing care.
Outside of work, Lauren enjoys exploring all the San Diego area has to offer with her husband, young
toddler, and rescue pup.
Tida Good
Registered Nurse
Tida joins our team as an overnight post op care registered nurse with 12 years of nursing experience. Providing the one-on-one attention you need, including wound care, pain management, and post surgical education. Tida creates healing environment with her calm, caring and positive mindset. She always makes sure you will be safe and comfortable.
She was born and raised in Bangkok, Thailand. She loves traveling to exotic places and makes new friends along the way.
